Why Choose Masterflow?

The Masterflow Flowing Screed boasts many benefits over traditional sand and cement screed. It’s quicker to lay, has a thinner screed depth and is less labour intensive. There’s also a much lower risk of shrinkage or cracking. The most notable benefit is seen when it’s used with underfloor heating systems. Flowing anhydrite screeds fully encapsulate the heating pipes without voids and need only to cover the pipes by 25mm, resulting in a much more responsive heating system which in turn is more economical to run.

Quality Assured Concrete

Hogan Concrete is both BS EN ISO 9001 accredited and certified with QSRMC.
